Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your bus travel date when booking. The chosen date is your first day of use. TV Tower visits require a selected timeslot.
How do I activate my digital ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, add your booking reference, and press ‘Activate’ on the day of travel.
What is the child policy?
Children aged 5–15 need a child ticket. Kids 4 and under travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All buses have ramps and space for one wheelchair (subject to size and weight limits). Mobility scooters may not be permitted. Contact Big Bus in advance for confirmation.
In what languages is the commentary available?
Pre-recorded commentary is available in 14 languages; English, German. Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), Chinese (Mandarin), Russian, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Turkish & Japanese.

How do I book my slot for the TV Tower?
When making your booking, use the calendar to choose the time slot and date you want for your TV Tower experience. You will then need to book a date for your bus ticket, or you can do this with a member of the Big Bus team in city.To redeem your TV Tower ticket, simply present your ticket at the booked time to be scanned.
Is the TV Tower accessible for wheelchairs?
Unfortunately, wheelchair users and guests with significant mobility impairments cannot enter due to safety restrictions.
Where do I redeem my free Currywurst?
Collect your printed voucher from Big Bus staff and redeem it at Curry Wolf (Rankestrasse 36 or Unter den Linden 77).
Are large bags allowed inside the TV Tower?
No. Maximum permitted bag size is 45x35x20 cm. Pushchairs and large luggage are not allowed.
